There is one plan.
You're on it.

No tiers to compare, nothing held back for a bigger plan, and no cut of your takings. You get all of Rivo - you just pay for the stylists who take bookings.

From £15 a month

3 stylists£31
1 phone number (1 included)£0
300 texts included£0
Per month£31

Reception, managers and anyone who doesn't take bookings are free. Add or lose a stylist and we adjust the next bill pro-rata - nothing to cancel or upgrade.

How it adds up

Each stylist is charged at their own rate - the more you have, the less each one costs.

Column 1£15 each
Columns 2–5£8 each
Column 6+£7 each

The only extras

Usage, not features - and nothing hidden.

Phone numbers · £10/mo
Your first number is included. Only if you want calls on a Rivo number.
Card payments · 1.95% + 20p
Taken out of the payment, paid to your own bank. No monthly fee, no minimum, no commission on the booking.
Texts · 100 a stylist, and more as you add them
Pooled across the salon. Top-up packs if you send more - never charged without asking.

The line that isn't on their pricing page

Most booking apps take a percentage of every new client they send you. It only shows up once the clients do. Put your own numbers in - and the rate your app charges.

Taken by a booking app on commission£720 a year
£60 a month, on 120 new clients a year - 1.9× a 3-stylist salon's entire Rivo bill
Taken by Rivo£0 a year
£0 this year, and every year after it. We don't charge for bookings.

For scale: a 3-stylist salon pays £372 a year for all of Rivo - every feature, however many clients you see.

Where we don't win

The big marketplace apps process cards more cheaply than we do - they do the volume and it shows in the rate. Ours is 1.95% + 20p, the same online and on a reader, with no monthly fee and no minimum. If card fees are the biggest line in your budget, check theirs against ours before you move. We'd rather you did that sum now than found out later.

Why it's built this way

We run a salon. Rivo is the software we wanted and couldn't buy, so we built it, and then opened it to everyone else running one. That's the whole reason there's no upgrade button - we'd be holding back something we already needed ourselves.
